Job summary

OhioGuidestone is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and therapy for adults, adolescents, and families. Services may be delivered via telehealth, outpatient offices, or community settings, under supervision.

You will develop treatment plans, offer individual/family/group therapy, and coordinate care while maintaining documentation and licenses. Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to meet client needs are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field is required or equivalent.
• Eligible/licensed professional with strong counseling and therapy skills.
• Experience delivering services to diverse clients via multiple settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling and psychotherapy.
• Complete and review Treatment Plans after initial encounter and ongoing progress notes.
• Develop therapeutic relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Respond to mental health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner.
• Coordinate referrals and community resources as needed.
• Attend supervision and maintain licenses as required.
• Document client interactions and maintain records per guidelines.
