Job summary

OhioGuidestone seeks an office-based Licensed Therapist to support Outpatient Services across four counties, including Napoleon. The therapist provides evidence-based treatment for mental/behavioral health disorders and may work in telehealth, outpatient offices, or community settings.

Responsibilities include diagnoses, treatment planning, individual/family/group therapy, and crisis response. Licensure in Ohio (LSW/LPC) is required; LISW/LPCC preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Counselor (LPC) licensure required; LISW or LPCC preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in social work required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in mental health counseling, diagnostic assessment, and treatment planning encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling and psychotherapy to a diverse caseload.
• Complete Treatment Plans after first encounter and review progress thereafter.
• Develop therapeutic relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Respond to mental health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner.
• Identify interventions for clients in crisis and coordinate with community resources.
