Job summary

OhioGuidestone seeks a licensed Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and therapy for adults, adolescents, and families, with options for telehealth, outpatient offices, or community-based settings.

You will deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy, develop treatment plans after the first encounter, and coordinate care with a diverse network of professionals while maintaining documentation and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field and licensure eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in social work or counseling.
• LSW or LCDC III, LPC, MFT licensure required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling and psychotherapy to assigned caseload.
• Complete documented evidence-based Treatment Plan after the first encounter with client and progress reviews.
• Develop and maintain a therapeutic relationship with client, family, and caregivers; respond to mental health emergencies.
• Coordinate referrals and arrange for community resources; advocate for clients.
• Attend supervision and maintain licenses and documentation in agency guidelines.
