Job summary

OhioGuidestone is seeking an office-based Licensed Therapist to support 4 County outpatient services, primarily Defiance and Napoleon. Provides diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and support to adults, adolescents, and families, with services via telehealth and in/office settings.

The ideal candidate holds an LSW or LPC (CDCA acceptable) and is open to full-time or part-time work, with supervision and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with licensure eligibility in Ohio.
• LSW/LPC or CDCA licensure considered.
• Experience or willingness to work in outpatient settings and telehealth.
