All In Solutions in Eatontown, NJ seeks a licensed therapist to deliver outpatient behavioral health services to adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders. The role involves independent work within a structured program (OP/IOP/PHP) and a diverse caseload.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT/DBT/MI, with a focus on recovery and emotional wellness.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Active New Jersey licensure or registration (LPC/LCSW/LSW/LMFT) or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders.
• Experience in outpatient settings (OP/IOP/PHP) is strongly preferred.
• Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy; knowledge of evidence-based modalities.

Mansioni

• Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical interviews to determine treatment needs and level of care.
• Assess for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders; identify risk factors and client strengths.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling tailored to each client.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, MI, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Lead psychoeducational and process groups on emotional wellness and recovery.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes.
• Advocate for clients and coordinate continuity of care across teams.
• Respond to psychiatric or behavioral crises and apply crisis de-escalation as needed.
• Collaborate with medical staff, case managers, and treatment team members.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain HIPAA compliance.
