Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health field is required.
• Independent NY licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) required.
• Experience facilitating group therapy is required.
• Outpatient setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PHP, IOP and OP groups with a focus on integrated care.
• Collaborate with outpatient team on group member clinical processes.
• Assist with client drug/alcohol screening as needed.
• Provide crisis management as needed.
• Complete required trainings promptly.
• Maintain EMR-based charts per standards.
• Participate in individual and group supervision.
