All In Solutions in New Jersey seeks a Licensed Therapist to join our OP/IOP/PHP team, delivering evidence-based behavioral health services to adults with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders in a structured outpatient setting.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, facilitate individual, group, and family therapy, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality documentation.

Competenze

• Master's degree required and active New Jersey licensure (LPC, LAC, LCSW, LSW, LCADC, or equivalent).
• Minimum two years of clinical experience with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Experience in OP/IOP/PHP or similar outpatient settings preferred.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapies and strong documentation skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical interviews to determine treatment needs.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling tailored to client needs.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Facilitate crises intervention and ensure client safety when needed.
