Job summary

All In Solutions is hiring a licensed behavioral health therapist for our outpatient programs in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy to adults with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders in OP/IOP/PHP settings.

You will conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field required.
• Active New Jersey licensure or registration required (LPC, LAC, LCSW, LSW, LCADC or equivalent).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience with mental health, substance use, or Co-occurring disorders.
• Experience in OP/IOP/PHP or similar outpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical interviews to determine treatment needs and level of care.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family counseling tailored to each client.
• Utilize modalities such as CBT, DBT, MI and other appropriate interventions.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Complete timely clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with medical providers, psychiatric staff, case managers, and treatment team for integrated care.
• Respond to crises and ensure client safety; utilize crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies.
