Job summary

All In Solutions seeks a highly motivated Licensed Therapist for our Outpatient (OP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs in New Jersey. The role requires Autonomy to manage a diverse caseload with strong clinical foundations in addiction treatment and mental health care.

We expect current NJ licensure (LAC/LSW/LPC/LCSW), a Master’s degree in a related field, and at least two years of experience with chemical dependency or co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications

• NJ licensure/registration as a LAC, LSW, LPC, or LCSW is required.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with chemical dependency and/or co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling for substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.
• Conduct clinical interviews and evaluate client needs for program suitability.
• Develop, monitor, and modify measurable treatment plans.
• Respond to crises with immediate therapeutic intervention.
• Collaborate in weekly clinical team meetings to coordinate care and document progress.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state standards.
