Job summary

All In Solutions in Eatontown, NJ seeks a Licensed Therapist to join the Outpatient, IOP, and PHP team. You will diagnose, assess, and deliver evidence-based therapy to adults with mental health and substance use disorders.

The role requires independent work, a diverse caseload, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, provide individual/group/family therapy, and develop treatment plans aligned with recovery goals, while ensuring client safety

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field required.
• Active New Jersey licensure (LCSW/LPC/LCSW) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical interviews to determine treatment needs and level of care.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, MI and other evidence-based modalities as appropriate.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and thorough clinical documentation.
