Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Must hold one of the current professional licenses in the state of Mississippi: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans with individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals' needs and appropriate interventions.
• Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with individuals, families, and the treatment team.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Document all client interactions and progress within established timeframes per policy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
