Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to reflect the diverse communities we serve. We offer telehealth and in-person opportunities where available, with control over your schedule and caseload. Clinicians are W-2 employees receiving support while maintaining clinical independence.

Part-time and full-time positions are available. We seek licensed therapists who value cultural humility and experience with Black and African American communities and other historically

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in one or more states and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Licensure must be in one of the following states: Virginia, Texas, Georgia, Maryland, District of Columbia, North Carolina, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements.
