Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to offer flexible telehealth and in-person opportunities where available. Clinicians are direct employees (W-2) who receive operational support while maintaining clinical independence to provide excellent care.

Hold an active behavioral health license and commit to culturally humble practice. We welcome therapists who serve diverse communities and desire autonomy within a collaborative, supportive behavioral health organization.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted behavioral health license required.
• License must be in listed states: VA, TX, GA, MD, DC, NC, SC.
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements.
