Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to better reflect the diverse communities we serve. We hire licensed therapists who value cultural humility and clinical independence, with W-2 employment and flexible part-time or full-time opportunities for telehealth or in-person work where available.

You will provide confidential therapy to individuals, couples, or families via telehealth, maintain treatment plans, and stay credentialed.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations and communities.
• Ability to work remotely or telehealth with HIPAA-compliant space and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements
