MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching seeks licensed clinicians for flexible telehealth and in-person opportunities. We prize cultural humility and the ability to engage diverse communities, including Black and African American individuals and families, while offering W-2 employment with operational support.

Part-time and full-time roles are available. Clinicians provide evidence-based care, maintain licensure, and contribute to a collaborative clinical community.

Formación

• Licensed in one or more listed states (Vriginia, Texas, Georgia, Maryland, District of Columbia, North Carolina, South Carolina).
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Must have access to a personal computer suitable for telehealth sessions and required job duties.
• Must have high-speed internet.
• HIPAA-compliant space to use for sessions.
• Comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate
• Maintain licensure and professional requirements
