MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to reflect diverse communities we serve. We welcome licensed therapists who bring cultural humility, experience supporting Black and African American individuals, couples, and families, and other underserved communities.

Clinicians are direct employees (W-2) with operational support while maintaining clinical independence. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with telehealth and in-person options as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Licensed in one or more states; LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LCP and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations; ability to work remotely in telehealth.
• Maintain licensure and professional requirements; clinical autonomy within a supportive practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements.
