Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Licensed Therapist in Virginia to provide high-quality behavioral health services. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, perform crisis intervention when needed, and maintain thorough documentation to ensure compliant care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required
• Current Virginia licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and utilize standardized tools to identify client needs, establish diagnoses when appropriate, and inform individualized treatment planning
• Develop treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives in collaboration with individuals, families, and treatment team members
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions that address mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral disorders, and other emotional challenges
• Monitor client progress, maintain consistent contact and follow-up, adjust treatment plans as needed, and coordinate referrals to additional resources and support services
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and coordination with emergency resources when necessary to ensure client safety and continuity of care
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with all payer, regulatory, licensing, accreditation, and organizational requirements
