Job summary

OhioGuidestone is seeking a licensed professional to provide individual, family, and group counseling. The Therapist will work under supervision, completing treatment plans and maintaining documentation within agency guidelines.

Responsibilities include crisis response, collaboration with community partners, and participation in supervision. The role supports a flexible schedule and a strong commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from relevant accredited program; or
• Bachelor’s degree from relevant accredited program with 2 years’ experience in social work or counseling; or
• Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral science or nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling and psychotherapy to assigned caseload.
• Develop and maintain a therapeutic relationship with client, family, and caregivers.
• Respond to mental health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner.
• Identify appropriate interventions for clients in crisis and access resources.
