Job summary

OhioGuidestone is seeking a licensed therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and support for adults, adolescents, and families. Services may be delivered via telehealth, outpatient offices, or community settings.

The position requires completing treatment plans after initial encounters, maintaining documentation, and participating in supervision while meeting licensure requirements. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold LSW, LPC, MFT license or related licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited program required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Able to provide services via multiple settings (office, telehealth, community).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling per caseload.
• Develop and review Treatment Plans after first session.
• Maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Respond to mental health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner.
• Coordinate CPST, SUD Case Management, and TBS services as needed.
• Document interactions per agency guidelines.
• Attend regular supervision and maintain licenses.
