Job summary

OhioGuidestone is seeking licensed clinical professionals to provide individual, family and group counseling, CPST and targeted case management across Ohio. The role involves creating treatment plans, documenting progress, and coordinating with community partners to support clients with mental health and substance use needs.

You will work with clients across diverse backgrounds, participating in supervision and maintaining licensure while adapting to days, evenings or weekends to meet client

Qualifications

• LSW, LISW, LPC, MFT license and related educational requirement.
• Master’s Degree from relevant accredited program; or
• Bachelor’s degree from relevant accredited program with 2 years’ experience in social work or counseling; or
• Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral science or nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling and psychotherapy to assigned caseload.
• Complete documented evidence-based Treatment Plan after first encounter and progress reviews.
• Develop and maintain a therapeutic relationship with client, family, and caregivers.
• Respond to mental health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner.
• Identify interventions for clients in crisis and engage community resources.
