Job summary

OhioGuidestone in Ohio is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide individual, family and group counseling to a diverse caseload, including those with serious mental illness and substance use disorders. You will complete treatment plans, coordinate care, attend supervision, and ensure timely documentation while maintaining licenses and professional judgment.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Counseling or related field.
• Licensure in Ohio (e.g., MFT, LPC, LSW) preferred.
• Experience with CPST, TBS, or related community-based services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling and psychotherapy to assigned caseload.
• Complete documented Treatment Plans after first encounter and ongoing progress notes.
• Develop therapeutic relationships with clients, families and caregivers to provide support.
• Respond to mental health crises and coordinate with community resources.
• Maintain timely documentation and attend supervision as required.
