Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking an Associate Program Director to ensure clinical fidelity and efficient operations across clinician teams. You will collaborate with the Program Director to uphold high standards of care, maintain KPI performance, and guide staff toward evidence-based practices.

In this role, you will supervise licensed therapists, oversee group and individual protocols for OCD and related disorders, and drive training, problem-solving, and quality assurance within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in clinical mental health fields.
• Fully licensed in practicing state.
• 3-5 years management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage in leadership and supervision of clinical staff.
• Oversee adherence to evidence-based protocols for OCD and related disorders.
• Manage clinical KPIs and reporting.
• Provide training and mentorship to Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Collaborate with Program Director on workflow and operations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and client satisfaction.
• Oversee psychotherapy interventions and group protocols.
