Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking an Associate Program Director - Behavioral Health in Washington to oversee clinician teams and operational performance. The role collaborates with the Program Director to uphold high standards of care and drive program success.

The position requires a licensed therapist, leadership experience, and availability for evening, in-person hours Monday through Friday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, with a focus on clinical fidelity and team development to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed therapist in the practicing state.
• Master's degree or higher in related mental health field.
• 3-5 years of management experience or higher.

Responsibilities

• Engage in 25 hours of face-to-face client interaction through mentoring and auditing.
• Maintain a caseload of 4+ clients based on facility needs.
• Provide validation and a supportive environment for clients.
• Collaborate with the Program Director on clinician effectiveness and KPIs.
• Maintain comprehensive written documentation and manage grievances.
• Oversee psychotherapeutic interventions for OCD and related disorders.
