Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is hiring an Associate Program Director to oversee clinician teams and clinical operations. This role requires a licensed therapist and evening hours, with in-person work Monday through Friday 11:00 am–8:00 pm.

You will collaborate with the Program Director to ensure fidelity, quality care, and efficient operations while driving KPIs and staff development. Competitive benefits and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in social work, clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, Pd.D or Psy.D.
• Fully licensed to practice in your state.
• Strong leadership and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight for clinicians and technicians.
• Collaborate with Program Director on staff performance and clinical KPIs.
• Maintain thorough documentation and client records with high accuracy.
• Lead treatment planning, program development, and policy adherence.
• Mentor staff and drive improvements in patient care and satisfaction.
