Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking an Associate Program Director - Behavioral Health. The role requires a licensed therapist and includes evening in-person hours from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

You’ll mentor clinicians, oversee program operations, and drive clinical KPIs in a supportive, evidence-based setting. You will collaborate with the Program Director, oversee staff performance, ensure quality care, and contribute to strategic planning while maintaining comprehensive documentation

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed in their practicing state.
• Master’s degree or higher in social work, clinical mental health counseling, or related field.
• 3–5 years management experience in behavioral health settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in 25 hours of face-to-face client interaction through mentoring, auditing, and individual sessions.
• Maintain a caseload of 4 or more clients as needed by the facility.
• Provide validation and a supportive environment for clients, reducing problematic behaviors.
• Collaborate with the Program Director on clinician effectiveness, program success, and KPIs.
• Maintain thorough written documentation and effective grievance management.
• Oversee psychotherapeutic interventions for OCD and related disorders.
• Plan and implement evidence-based group protocols and treatment coordination.
• Support clinical team with problem-solving and operational efficiency.
• Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and contribute to interdisciplinary care.
• Organize workflow and address identified problems with the director.
