Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking an Associate Program Director to ensure clinician teams and operations meet high standards of care. You will collaborate with the Program Director to enhance staff performance, program effectiveness, and clinical KPIs while upholding the organization’s values.

The role requires a licensed therapist, hands-on leadership experience, and the ability to oversee group protocols, supervision, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in social work, clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, Pd.D, Psy.D.
• Fully licensed in their practicing state.
• 3-5 years management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in supervising and mentoring staff, ensuring clinical fidelity and KPI achievement.
• Oversee caseload management and documentation quality across teams.
• Collaborate with Program Director on clinician effectiveness and program success.
• Provide clinical supervision for Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Plan and implement evidence-based protocols for group settings and individual therapy.
