Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking an Associate Program Director to ensure clinician fidelity and efficient operations. Collaborate with the Program Director to uphold high standards of care and service for clients with OCD and anxiety disorders.

Responsibilities include clinical supervision, program planning, and KPI oversight, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and strong team leadership. Evening, in-person hours apply, with a base salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in social work, clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, Pd.D, Psy.D.
• Fully licensed in their practicing state.
• 3-5 years management experience.
• Business acumen and professional conduct.
• Punctual with excellent attendance.
• Organized, detail-oriented, takes initiative.

Responsibilities

• Engage in clinical supervision and oversight for Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Collaborate with the Program Director on clinician effectiveness and KPIs.
• Oversee psychotherapeutic interventions for OCD and anxiety disorders.
• Plan and implement evidence-based protocols for group, coordination, and individual therapy.
• Lead training, mentoring, and supervision to foster team performance.
• Prepare and present regular KPI reports and ensure program adherence.
