Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led, patient-centered telehealth behavioral health company dedicated to improving access to high-quality mental health care. Clinicians work from home with flexible hours and autonomy to act in the patient’s best interest.

We support teams of therapists and a prescriber, with regular virtual staffing to discuss cases and clinical topics. Compensation is hourly, and medical insurance is available for those providing full-time hours, with collaboration across

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states.
• Significant clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations (LGBTQ+ and transgender) desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy from home via telehealth.
• Collaborate actively with prescribers and counselors to coordinate care.
• Engage in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers to discuss cases or topics.
• Maintain strong communication and timely documentation for patients.

• Enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference!

• We are growing in the form of teams composed of multiple therapists and a prescriber.
• We emphasize regular staffing with your collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.
• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.
• Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers.

Job Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA)
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
