Job summary

The incumbent will collect case histories, conduct assessments, and develop care plans aligned with age-appropriate norms. Responsibilities include diagnostic testing, planning interventions, educating families, and coordinating with therapy colleagues.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eligible/licensed.
• BLS certification and ongoing CEU requirements for acute stroke care.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech and language disorders across age groups.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and activities.
• Coordinate with pediatric PT/OT for integrated care and document care in EMR.
