Job summary

Equinox Fitness Club in Marina Del Rey is seeking a Licensed Spa Coordinator to lead a vibrant spa operation and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will greet guests, orient them to spa facilities, and coach staff to maintain high service standards.

You will manage daily operations, promote treatments and retail, and ensure a safe, clean spa environment. A valid massage or esthetics license and leadership experience are required, with a competitive $20/hr base plus session commissions and

TheLicensedSpa Coordinatoris responsible for helping ensure a memorable experience for our Spa guests. This includes greeting guests as they enter the facilities, orienting guests to the spa facilities, and providing personal guest service.

Pay Transparency : $20/hr for all hours worked, plus commission of $46+ per session, with monthly bonus opportunity.
