Equinox Group is hiring a Licensed Spa Coordinator in Austin to greet members, orient clients, and provide services. You will oversee staff, inventory, and spa operations while delivering a high‑quality guest experience.

The role involves managing daily operations, performing select treatments, promoting services, and ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the spa. A TX license and solid leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid TX Massage Therapy or TX Esthetics License.
• Experience leading a team and delivering high-touch guest service.
• Strong communication and computer skills; retail and cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, and coaching staff.
• Outreach marketing for the spa.

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Licensed Spa Coordinator to join the Equinox team!

The Licensed Spa Coordinator is responsible for helping ensure a memorable experience for our members and clients. This includes greeting members as they enter the facilities, orienting spa clients to the spa facilities, and providing services to clients.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Interviewing, hiring, and coaching staff members
• Outreach marketing for the spa
• Manage daily operations,including inventory management, client relationships, and driving the business to achieve financial goals and budgets
• Perform up to 10 treatments per week
• Provide an orientation tour, explaining spa amenities offered, and answering guests' questions
• Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programming promotions.
• Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker/facility area

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:

• Possess a valid TXMassage Therapy or TX Esthetics License
• 2 Years of management or leadership experience
• Enthusiasm and possession of excellent customer service skills
• Must enjoy working with people with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Able to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and money handling skills
• Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills
• Must be a team player
