Equinox Group in Santa Monica is hiring a Licensed Spa Coordinator to ensure memorable spa experiences. You will greet guests, orient facilities, and provide personal service in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include a valid massage or esthetic license, 2 years leading a team, excellent customer service, strong math and computer skills, and a team mindset. Pay is $20/hr plus commissions and monthly bonuses with added club perks.

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic LicensedSpa Coordinator to join the Equinox team! This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

The LicensedSpa Coordinator is responsible for helping ensure a memorable experience for our Spa guests. This includes greeting guests as they enter the facilities, orienting guests to the spa facilities, and providing personal guest service.

Pay Transparency : $20/hr for all hours worked, plus commission of $46+ per session, with monthly bonus opportunity.
