Job summary

Appone in Walterboro, SC is seeking a dedicated social worker to assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreation, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs in alignment with resident care plans and directed by the Director of Social Services.

The position requires at least a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and one year supervised work experience in a health care setting, with the ability to provide care for residents across age-related needs; full-time or part-time

Qualifications

• May be required to possess, as a minimum, a Bachelors Degree from an approved school of Social Work for a certain size facility.
• Must have one year supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.
• Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the resident served.

Responsibilities
