Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold an Active SC Property Management License, oversee leasing and occupancy, coordinate maintenance and vendors, ensure Fair Housing compliance, maintain records, and lead onsite staff to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential property management experience.
• Active South Carolina Property Management License required.
• Fair Housing knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Rent Manager).

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management and performance of the community
• Oversee leasing activity and help maintain strong occupancy and resident retention
• Build positive relationships with residents and respond to questions or concerns
• Coordinate maintenance needs, property inspections, vendors, and outside contractors
• Ensure the property remains compliant with Fair Housing requirements and applicable landlord-tenant regulations
• Maintain accurate resident, leasing, and property records
• Utilize property management software for daily operations and reporting
• Assist with marketing efforts and positioning available apartments
• Work closely with onsite team members to ensure the community is operating efficiently
