Canaan Pointe Apartments in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the operations of our 120-unit townhome community.

Candidates must hold both active South Carolina PM and PMIC licenses, with strong leadership, resident relations, and Rent Manager experience. This is a full-time on-site role offering opportunities for growth and a starting salary of $65,000+ annually and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property management experience.
• Active South Carolina Property Manager (PM) and Property Manager-in-Charge (PMIC) licenses required.
• Experience with multifamily or townhome communities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a 120-unit townhome community.
• Supervise leasing activities, resident services, and maintenance operations.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing performance, and renewal activity.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain a welcoming living environment.
• Coordinate property maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, and repairs.
• Schedule and oversee vendors, contractors, and inspections.
• Maintain leasing files, resident records, and property documentation.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws and lease regulations.
• Use property management software to manage leasing and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and resident satisfaction.
