CTH Recruiting LLC in Spartanburg, South Carolina, is seeking a confidentially positioned Community Manager for a residential community. This role requires strong property management expertise to independently manage resident needs and support the property's overall performance.

• 3+ years of residential property management experience.

We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Community Manager for a residential community in the Spartanburg area.

This position is ideal for someone with strong property management experience who can independently manage the needs of a residential community while providing excellent service to residents and supporting the property's overall performance.

Active South Carolina Property Management (PM) and Property Manager-in-Charge (PMIC) licenses required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the overall management and performance of the community
• Oversee leasing activity and help maintain strong occupancy and resident retention
• Build positive relationships with residents and respond to questions or concerns
• Coordinate maintenance needs, property inspections, vendors, and outside contractors
• Ensure the property remains compliant with Fair Housing requirements and applicable landlord-tenant regulations

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential property management experience preferred
• Active South Carolina Property Management License required
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing and residential property management practices
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Rent Manager, or comparable property management software
• Strong communication and resident relations skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable working independently and making day-to-day operational decisions
• $65,000–$75,000 annual salary
