You’ll need an active P&C license, strong customer service experience, and reliable internet. The role includes base pay of $20.50 per hour plus potential bonuses and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty License.
• 6 months or more of customer service experience.
• Ability to relate product knowledge clearly while protecting members’ privacy.
• High speed internet (>25 Mbps).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers.
• Conduct research to provide answers and resolve issues for customers.
• Some upselling of products or services to existing customers may be required.
