Job summary

Cornerstone Partners Realty in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time Licensed Real Estate Agent for a hybrid role. You will prospect and develop client relationships, conduct property showings, and guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction process.

Daily duties include listing and marketing residential, ranch, and waterfront properties, preparing CMAs, and coordinating offers, contracts, inspections, and closings, while staying current on local market trends and using CRM and listing

Qualifications

• Active real estate license with knowledge of real property.
• Experience in residential, ranch, or waterfront transactions.
• Excellent customer service, clear communication and client advocacy.
• Ability to build and manage a book of business via prospecting and networking.
• Familiarity with MLS, CRM tools, and standard real estate contracts/disclosures.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management.
• Hybrid work tolerance with reliable transportation for showings.
• High ethical standards and commitment to fair housing.
• Prior Austin/Central Texas market experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
