Job summary

Elements Lawn & Landscape is seeking a motivated Residential Landscape Sales Representative to generate and close sales for residential landscape maintenance, enhancements, installations, and outdoor living projects throughout Austin and the Central Texas area.

You will develop new business, conduct property consultations, identify opportunities, and present customized solutions that meet clients’ needs and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential landscape sales.
• Strong knowledge of residential landscaping practices and Central Texas plant material.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop proposals, and close sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Run 20 to 40 inbound leads per month for residential enhancements and maintenance.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, prospecting, and other lead-generation activities.
• Meet with prospective residential clients to assess landscaping needs, goals, and budgets.
• Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements, installations, and outdoor living improvements.
• Develop and present professional proposals that outline services, scope, and pricing.
• Guide clients through the sales process, negotiate as needed, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, proposals, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoffs and project readiness.
• Build relationships with homeowners, referral partners, and other sources of new business.
• Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
