Job summary

JPAR – Real Estate is seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex with a hybrid work setup and some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead nurturing, buyer/seller consultations, and guiding clients through the entire transaction from listing to closing.

The role requires an active Texas real estate salesperson license, strong client-facing communication, and proficiency with MLS, CRM, e-sign tools, and virtual meeting software.

Qualifications

• Active Texas real estate salesperson license is required.
• Strong client-facing skills, clear communication, active listening, ethical service.
• Proficiency with MLS platforms, CRM systems, electronic document signing tools, and virtual meetings.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities for multiple transactions.
• Sales and negotiation aptitude with lead generation, pipeline management and closing residential transactions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with brokerage leadership and staff.
• Reliable transportation for showings and in-person meetings in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Experience in real estate, customer service, or sales; familiarity with the JPAR model is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and nurture leads; conduct buyer and seller consultations.
• Guide clients through listing-to-closing process; coordinate showings and manage listings.
• Research market trends and prepare CMAs; coordinate with lenders, inspectors and title companies.
• Negotiate offers and contracts; ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
• Participate in training and use JPAR tools; engage in local networking and marketing to grow client base.
