Job summary

Watters International Realty in Austin, TX is seeking a high-performing Listing Agent to join our elite sales team. The role offers a competitive base salary ($30,000 or More) plus commission and bonuses, with a steady flow of seller leads and strong marketing support from our regional engine.

Expect 10–15 in-home listing presentations monthly, negotiation leadership, and close collaboration with a Listing & Marketing Assistant. Requires Texas license and 2+ years residential experience.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License required.
• 2+ years residential experience with buyers and sellers.
• Proven ability to close listing-side transactions.
• Ability to work days, attend appointments in person, and maintain flexibility.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Word, Excel, email, CRM, etc.

Responsibilities

• Attend 10–15 in-home seller listing presentations per month.
• Follow up with seller leads, convert leads to appointments, and secure listing agreements.
• Advise clients on pricing strategies, staging, and market conditions.
• Lead negotiations and manage contracts from listing to close.
• Oversee showing feedback and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate daily with Listing & Marketing Assistant.
