Hudson Stonegate Team, powered by PLACE, is seeking licensed Colorado real estate agents to build a more consistent production. You will access team-generated opportunities, including assigned leads and a large buyer/seller database, with the potential to earn exclusive mortgage-qualified buyers as you convert opportunities.

Compensation is 100% commission, with estimated annual earnings of $110,000-165,000 based on production.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado real estate license required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a 1099 real estate professional mindset.

Responsibilities

• Represent residential buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process.
• Respond promptly and professionally to assigned client opportunities.
• Build relationships with prospective buyers and sellers and convert opportunities into active clients.
• Conduct buyer consultations, property showings and listing appointments.
• Prepare, present and negotiate offers and contracts.
• Guide clients from initial consultation through closing.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate client information in the CRM.
• Work individually assigned leads and available database opportunities.
• Develop personal sphere, referral, listing and self-generated business.
• Utilize coaching, training, transaction coordination, marketing and administrative support.
