Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent client communication and weekly follow-up.
• Use proven lead follow-up systems and CRM workflows to grow your sales pipeline.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that drives referrals and repeat business.
• Host monthly team open houses and receive all leads generated from your hosted events.
• Manage your CRM, calendar, appointments, and sales pipeline.
• Participate in Academy Sales Training, coaching, and weekly sales meetings.
• Prospect for new business and develop additional real estate opportunities.
• Build lasting client relationships that generate new sales.
