Qualifications

• Educational requirements include an Associate's Degree and licensure as a PTA.
• Board eligibility/required to complete board exam; BLS within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients, families, caregivers, students and staff using effective teaching methods.
• Follows the therapist's plan of care and documents communications.
• Completes daily documentation and charging in therapy EMR.
• Coordinates with PT on patient treatment interventions.
