Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant or equivalent.
• Licensed PTA with appropriate credentialing and licensure.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients, families, caregivers, and staff using effective teaching methods.
• Follows the plan of care, adjusting treatment based on patient response and documenting communication.
• Maintains daily documentation and therapy EMR entries.
• Coordinates with PT on patient interventions and progress revisions.
• communicates progress and recommendations to referring providers.
