AEG Vision is seeking a Licensed Practice Manager to lead the on-site team, optimize patient flow, and ensure a high-performing practice environment. You will coach staff, align with providers, and drive service excellence while managing daily operations.

The role emphasizes accountability, compassionate leadership, and the ability to adapt to evolving clinical and business needs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience in optical, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or a comparable service environment.
• State Licensure is required.
• Optical dispensing experience is required.
• Business, hospitality, healthcare, optical, or management education preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling, labor planning, service execution and operational consistency.
• Serve as the primary on-site floor leader ensuring alignment to patient care standards and performance goals.
• Partner with Optometrist to support exam flow and evolving service offerings.
• Coach and develop the practice team, hold members accountable for performance and patient care.
• Support new hire development, training, technology updates, and process changes.
