Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes in Florida.

The role involves applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and delivering skilled nursing services per physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• TB or Chest X-Ray is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• One year of professional nursing experience is preferred.

• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per orders.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
