Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes in Delray Beach, FL. You will deliver nursing care per physician orders and use the nursing process to guide assessment and planning.

Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, collecting data, and documenting nursing diagnoses while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
