Job summary

Grand Lake Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time, overnight role. You will provide patient care using the nursing process, lead patient teaching with supporting staff, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires night availability, weekend/holiday rotation, and flexibility to work across units as staffing needs dictate. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed LPN in good standing.
• Ability to work night shifts (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) with 48 hours per pay and every 3rd weekend/holiday rotation.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the Nursing Process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.
