Grand Lake Health System is seeking a registered nurse for night shift (6:45pm–7:15am) with every third weekend and holiday rotation. The role involves delivering patient care through the Nursing Process, guiding nursing staff, and leading patient teaching while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Flexibility to work other units or shifts may be required. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and RN licensure are required; LPNs may be considered.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed RN.
• Will consider LPN.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver care through the Nursing Process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel.
• Lead patient teaching and place the patient at the center of care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and outcomes.
• May work in other units or shifts depending on staffing and patient acuity.
